The basics of filing a car accident claim

If you’re involved in an auto accident, chances are you will need to file a car accident claim. Although it may be upsetting at the time, it’s in your best interests to try and be clear headed and take steps to protect your interests while you are still at the site of the accident. This starts by collecting as much evidence as you can, which you can use later to support your claim or to use in case you need to sue for damages. At the first opportunity, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company and…

San Francisco’s First Elevated Bike Lane

San Francisco just took bike safety to new heights, literally. The city’s Municipal Transportation Agency just debuted it’s first ever raised bike path, in an attempt to provide a few blocks of protection in the heart of downtown. Mill Valley Bicycle Accident Attorney Reports Bicycle vs Truck Collision In Mill Valley

As a pro-bicycle attorney and advocate, and a lifetime Mill Valley resident and cyclist, I am sad to report a serious bicycle vs. truck accident in Mill Valley occurring last Thursday at or around 5:00 p.m. at the Sycamore Ave. and Camino Alto intersection, one of Mill Valley’s busiest. I am also concerned about how this bicycle accident happened, to say the least! This intersection is right across from the Mill Valley Middle School, where over 900 students attend, many of whom ride their bicycles to and from school.  I was one of these student cyclist who rode to MVMS…
